This is my first time building a PC. I've done some some research on the parts, but I'm not experienced enough to know if my build can handle many games and if I'm getting my money's worth. Here's the build:

CPU

AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor $94.99

Motherboard

MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard $59.00

Memory

A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $74.79

Storage

Toshiba Product Series: DT01ACA 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $49.99

Video Card

Zotac GeForce GT 630 2GB Video Card $77.86

Case

Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case $43.00

Power Supply

Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply $49.99

The Total cost is about 460 Canadian dollars. Does anyone know How many FPS would I get on what settings in these games?

Minecraft (with shaders??), Team Fortress 2, Warframe, Planetside, Planetside 2, and, just to see, Crysis 3 or Battlefield 4.

Also, how easy would it be to update my PC? Would I need a new power supply as well?
I am also well aware that this won't give me top notch performance, I just want a pc that can play smaller games such as minecraft or team fortress 2. I'm planning on doing lots of upgrades in the future, when I have the money, but for now, a meh computer will do. If the computer needs better parts, then what parts would you reccomend changing?

Thanks in advance!

it's not so good unfortunately and would really struggle to run Crysis 3 and BF4. At this price point a console makes more sense, but someone might be able to do a better built for the price.

Then how would it perform with the smaller games such as minecraft or TF2? and what would you reccomend changing in the build?

that is a very budget build...you won't see much performance from it. you can play the games you listed just fine but you will struggle to run crysis 3 or bf4 even on the low setting...if you want to upgrade in the future you can keep the power supply, the ram, the hard drive and maybe the case. the AMD processor is cheap but an i3 for $130 will outperform this processor by 10% and it also has hyper threading which will improve your multitasking abilities all for half the power draw of the AMD processor(lower energy bill). i quickly threw together an intel build for you that can run battle field 4 at ultra for about 35 fps, however the intel build does cost $100 more than your planned build. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/haskeo/saved/4otn

if you are willing to spend extra $40 on GPU, you can get r7 260x which can get quite high fps, around 60-70, in medium settings. In high settings at 1920x1080 resolution however, you will only get average of 30 fps

This looks a lot like my current build. Yeah it's budget but not everyone can afford better, especially if you have kids and a house. You'll be able to game just fine with Xbox 360 quality graphics for a lot of games and I only ran into a few problems with a Geforce 610. But once I tossed in the new 750 ti I was able to run everything on max settings with only a few stutters on AC 3 during a scene with a lot of physX effects on screen. But if you can swing it I'd go with Jason's build. You'll be a lot happier running an Intel chip and the 750 ti.
