Below is a link to my specs via cpuid. Im wondering the best 3-4 (inexpensive as possible but worth it upgrades) im not seeing any issues really but as more things come out im seeing some performance issues cant play games on high/ultra etc. Im looking for some suggestions. Thank you for your time :).

What resolution do you play at? IIRC, at lower resolutions the CPU will be stressed more, so you'd want to upgrade it first.

Take my advice with a grain of salt (novice builder!), but imho a good value CPU upgrade without changing your motherboard would be an i5-3350P (The P means it has no on-board Intel graphics). That's about 165 Euro on Amazon.

As for GPU, I'd say a Radeon R9 270X (150-200 Euro) for a rather big upgrade.

The i3 is just fine until you get into really high end graphics cards where the cpu will limit performance. For the r9270x it is not worth upgrading to the i5, but yes the r9 270x is a good upgrade. There is a powercolor r9 270 (not x) one on pcpartpicker UK for 120.
