Hi, recently done some fiddling with my system. Added some new fans and added some Bitfenix Alchemy sleeved extension cables, 24 pin ATX, 8 pin CPU and 2x pci-E. After completing tinkering, hooked everything back up, hit the power button, system turns on for less then a second then dead. Taken Alchemy cables out and still dead. What have I done???? I am not the most experienced DIY.
Tanks for the help.

It's hard to say what you did. We weren't there ;-)
Take the MB out of the case, put it on an insulated surface and connect just the CPU/cooler, 1 stk memory in correct DIMM slot, PSU, monitor to integrated video, and KB. Leave the mouse off for now. Momentarily short the 2 pins that the power button would connect to in order to start the system. See if you can get a display and boot to BIOS.
