Hello everyone,

I am just curious about one thing:

If antialiasing is for removing the jaggies in display, does a 4k resolution within a 24 inch LED panel really need antialiasing?

I mean the display will have much more pixel density, so jaggies shouldn't be expected and thus antialiasing wouldn't be needed also (I'm just guessing). Am I right or wrong?

I am asking because you know; antialiasing needs more resources from gpu. If we dont need antialiasing that will be really a good news for everyone ....

That's all up to the user. It will depend on how good or bad the display looks with no or minimal Anti Aliasing to your eye. Of course, the less AA you require, the higher the framerates will be... all else being equal.
