Low Budget minor gaming build (under £350)

i need a build for a friend, i live in the UK and the build must include windows for £350 ABSOLUTELY MAXIMUM, thanks

a suggestion i had is AMD FM2+ as it is cheap and can run most games at decent FPS

games, the intention isnt to max them out, it is to run them at 25-60fps at 1080p on low -mid/high settings, anyway

4gb of ram is good
FM2+ is just a suggestion, and is optional

nice build, 1TB HDD is nice but not needed so the £10 i could save their could go into CPU, i have also found a copy of windows for £50, which can also save some money

It's a good build. It's just under mine in performance. If the Windows 7 Pro is off amazon it is a reinstallation for Dell pc's... I didn't know until now
