amd fx6300 score 7.4 , amd apu 6600k score 7.3 . but in real i found a problem in this score.

while testing fx processor i am monitor processor using " open hardware " the processor not going above 3.5GHZ ( 3.5 is a base clock and 4.1 is turbo)
So not test turbo . In apu 6600k while testing processor 1st core goto 1.9ghz 2times and stay in 4.1GHZ but in this apu 3.9 GHZ is base and 4.2 is turbo . while playing and other apps use the above 2 processor goto its Max GHZ correctly. i am using Windows 7 ultimate sp1 x64 updated.
