My new PC build won't connect to my monitor!!

I feel like I have tried everything. I have been researching this problem for several hours yesterday and today.
My monitor just keeps saying "no signal".
I tried connecting to the onboard graphics.
I tried booting with just one stick of RAM.
I tried disconnecting my GPU.
I tried disconnecting everything except my RAM and CPU.
I am mostly trying to connect with a VGA cable because some people have said that the HDMI drivers need to be downloaded later.

I don't have a speaker to know if I get any beeps.

Here are my Parts:
-MSI z87-g55 Motherboard
-EVGA GTX 760 GPU
-Raidmax rx-700ac PSU
-intel Core i7 4770k CPU
-G.Skill Ares 8gb (4gb x 2) RAM
-1tb 7200rpm WD black HDD
-Corsair H80i Cooler
-Phantom 410 Case

Alright, I had to disconnect my GPU entirely and set my PSU to 115 rather than 230.
