For your higher budget, intel is definitely the best option and will provide better performance.

Here's a 3rd option:

The Xeon has almost identical performance to an i7 4770, but it can't overclock like the i5 4670k. I chucked in the Z87 Pro3 because it's only barely more expensive than the B/H motherboards.

Here is my take. Traded the PNY ssd for a GTX780 and threw in a better psu. That's a great deal on the 300R case too.

Thanks for the great suggestions, i would love to get a gtx 780 but i would have to buy a 1440p monitor and there not cheap.

i don't know how to select the best solution since this is my first post but Jook-D has the best solution.

I added back that Rosewill case in case you really liked it(it's a personal choice anyway) and added back the GTX770 and added a 240GB ssd. I still recommend the GTX780 though since you CAN afford it.

i just feel that a 780 for 1080p is overkill and i wouldn't want to buy a temporary monitor just to save up and buy a 400$ 1440p moonitor

It's a poll so I don't think you can select a best solution. :p
