Just an idea but why not spend a little more on the motherboard and get a MSI-z87 GD65 Gaming that has excellent on-board sound, meaning you don't need the sound card. This also means you can potentially add another GTX 770 on SLI further down the road.

The rest of the build looks excellent, good choices.

Hi,
I did some fiddling with your build, and was able to cut $70
-Removed the thermal paste ( The CM Hyper 212Evo has one)
-Changed the Motherboard (Same performance and features as the Asus one)
-Changed the RAM (Cheaper one and same performance as the Corsair's one)
-Changed the Case ( I have the HAF 922, it is not very good for cable management, and it is pretty old now. The 400R is much better)
-Removed the Asus Xonar ( you will not hear the difference between the onboard sound and the Asus sound card. Why waste $25)

Thanks im making those changes now but PC PART PICKER has this message at the bottom

Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case and Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler height clearance could not be verified.

I have been trying to find the dimensions for all of the above but couldnt figure it out can you help?

It just means that the dimensions of the case are not added to pcpartpicker, so it can't confirm will the Hyper212 Evo will fit. I can assure you 100% that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo will fit in Corsair 400R, since it is almost the size of the Cooler Master HAF 922
