I have 4*4 16 GB 1600 MHz rams installed in my rig, I also have 4*8 32 GB 1333 MHz Ram sitting in my drawer (comes with heat sink)
Should I use the 4*8 32 GB 1333 MHz Ram instead of 4*4 16 GB 1600 MHz?

If I choose to swap the rams; am I going to loose any performance because of 1333 MHz speed?
I know more then 8 gigs is ram doesn't help in gaming, having 1600 MHz speed

If i use the 4*8 32 GB 1333 MHz Ram; I might over clock it

So should I use the 4*8 32 GB 1333 MHz Rams or sell it?

My current rig

CPU:- i7-2600 non K
CPU coller:- Purex DLX-CW919 LGA1150/1155/1156 CPU Cooler $9.99 lol.gif
Mother Board:- Asus P8Z77-V LK 1155 Chip Set
Ram:- 4*4 16 GB DDR3... low profile; DDR= Double Data Rate. 800MHz in CPU-z is the same as DDR3-1600
SSD:- Two 128 GBSamsung 840 pro
GPU:- PNY GTX 460 1GB XLR8
PSU:- Corsair CX Series 600 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
Case:- Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX Case CC-9011023-WW
Fans:- Intake:- Front, Bottom; Exhaust:- Side panel (right over the CPU fan... that's why its a exhaust..)Back, 2 on top... so 6 in total, the 4 fans are generic Foxconn 4pin PWM fans and the other 2 came with case corsair 3 pin fans... (using cable splitter)
Display:- HP ZR2740w Resulation 2560*1440 60Hz, 2 HP LE2201W 1680*1050 60Hz

I plan to get a GTX 780 and a Noctua NH D-14/D-15 CPU air cooler

Sell it and upgrade your power supply; you can't run a GTX 780 on a CX600. 16gb is already overkill for gaming, 32gb would do nothing but put more of a strain on your cpu and motherboard.

Also a sidenote; that side panel exhaust is probably screwing up your airflow. The CPU fan is blowing air at the processor, so it exhausts out all sides. The exhaust fan above it is limiting the airflow you can get to the CPU. I would change it to intake or just get rid of it altogether.

I think 600w 80+ Bronze should be enough for GTX 780, I went through this threads:-

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1934127/gtx-780-600w-psu.html

I will sell the 32 gb Rams then

For the side panel fan over the cpu, I thought the cpu fan was blowing the heat out from of the heat sink; not blowing cool air on to the cpu it self...

If the CPU fan is blowing the hot air out like a exhaust, isn't another exhaust fan right above it (or in the same line) would help the cause? (to blow more hot air out from the CPU heat sink)

The Corsair CX series is a budget line of power supplies. It might be able to power the rig, but not reliably, and I am willing to bet it won't last more than a year powering that whole configuration.

The CX is Corsair's base power supplies. Just buy a corsair AX 760W. That will power the PC. The CX will by a little and the CX only has a single 6pin connector.
