I built my first PC a couple weeks ago and I have no idea what I'm doing 
. I play ESO and that's about it. It runs fairly well right except for when I am in Cyrodil (PVP with a ton of other players). I usually get 50-100 fps depending on where I am, but when I PVP it drops to around 25-30 fps. Will overclocking my CPU help at all? I have overclocked my GPU (I think) and haven't really noticed much of a difference. I have very minimal knowledge of computers so any advice would be awesome! Here is my list of components, not including two 120mm fans that I installed in the front of my case for intake.
