I'm new to building PC's and my basic quiestion is, which graphics card is better for my build (Overall) I plan on playing BF4, Batman Arkham knight (in the future), Tomb raider, arkham city. Alot more, but these are probably the ones I'll be playing most.

Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($29.99)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS/I Snow Edition (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($37.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: Antec 450W ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Micro Center)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit) (Purchased For $0.00)
Monitor: AOC e2050Swd 60Hz 19.5" Monitor ($89.99 @ Micro Center)

The GTX750Ti is comparable to an HD7850 so is 25% slower at stock speeds. The gap closes if both are overclocked so the R9-270 would be 15% to 20% faster as the GTX750Ti has more overclocking headroom.

Since the Gigabyte R9-270 is 23% more expensive than the Asus GTX750Ti the VALUE for both cards are similar.

Your average score would be a little lower using the FX-6300, though I'm not recommending a different CPU with your budget.

Its close. The EVGA 750ti FTW overclocks very well. The 270 may still be a tad faster after oc but I would still rather have the EVGA 750ti FTW ACX....
I have a FX6300@4.8ghz + a PowerColor 270x DEVIL. Even at 4.8ghz my FX6300 can't get all the performance out of my 270x. Don't get me wrong it does very well @ 3.5ghz but I usually gain 15-20 fps when @ 4.8ghz. Paired with an i5 or i7 will do even better. Also the FX6300 is not a 6 core. Its a 3 core with 2 threads per core in reality being a 6 thread. A Intel 4930k is a 6 core processor.

Will the fx 6300 bottleneck with r9 270 ?

The FX-6300 will not bottleneck any but the top end cards. And then only slightly.
