Upgrading Sapphire HD 7850 2GB

i have gigabyte z77 d3h mother board , 4+4 corsair vegeance 1600 mhz ram kit , intel i5 3330 cpu and 7850 . they are works perfectly but i want to upgrade gpu and thinking about that too much at these days... should i choise the 280x or wait for a brand new nvidia boards . thinking on this keeps me very very busy .. need some advice and opinion .

well there wont be any new cards before late q4 (like December) or early q1 15...
