I don't know if this helps you any, but you can make a power button out of any type of switch.
If you take a look at the two pins on the motherboard that you plugged the power button into.

All a power button does it make contact between these two pins, allowing current to run through.
A common trick is to use a screwdriver to touch both of the pins at the same time as a way to turn the computer on or off.
What all this means is that you can connect these two pins to any switch that you want. This may give you an option you hadn't considered for wiring up a power and/or reset button.
So, you can take a two pin plug with the two wires that you normally plug into the motherboard, cut off whatever the two wires are normally connected to and splice it onto some other switch.
Or if it were possible to disassemble this and access the switch:

... or rewire the button on an old CD-ROM drive that you might still have.
Do you need all of those plugs, just a power button, or?
There's are lots of choices in card readers, without a power button, for less:

It may end up cheaper to just get a new case for $45. There's quite a few choices out there in that general price range.
