Will AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE edition overclocked to 4.0 GHz bottleneck a EVGA GTX 760 4GB?

Here are my rig specs:
8GB 1600MHz A-data XPG RAM
( current GPU is GTX 650 OC edition 2GB ) GPU I'm looking to buy is GTX 760 4GB
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE edition overclocked to 4.0 GHz
MSI 760GM-P23 Mainboard ( Crap mainboard I know...)
1 TB HDD
550 WATT continuous power Roswell power supply. ( will this be enough? or should I upgrade this too? )

Any thoughts?

Should be fine the 760 is a lower power card, but since u have the x4 and if u have had it stable at 4ghz on the board try it out, but if u dont have the OC then dont push that board, like at all lol it shouldnt have a terrible bottleneck on the gpu if at all OC and stock will maybe drop a few fps, should still at the worst play like ur 650 gtx but am not sure on exacts

I got it to 4.0 GHz but the motherboard has a messed up throttling sensor issue where it registers that the temp. is 255C and throttles it for a few seconds.
That only happens when CPU is being used like 95% though.

You can disable the bios cpu readout as it seems to be a faulty sensor when OC'd if u know temps will be safe during use. At 4Ghz it shouldnt have a problem running a 4gb 760gtx, my old 3.7Ghz x6 ran my 7970 no prob, thats a lower clock with more cores but not every game was core optimized
