So i've recently gotten help with building a PC under $600 and i've come down to two options
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3qBtS option one has a cd driver and from what i understand wifi

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3pXfO and this one has no cd driver so im guessing i'd need a usb.

Both of these computers are going to be used to try and run dota2 at really high fps. So my question is which would be better. I have no idea which to choose, really leaning towards the CD driver since i would have no idea how to do stuff without it

If you'd like to drop a build that's lower than $600 and help me achieve maximum fps in dota2 that'd be nice also
