I just upgraded Flash again. Every time I install or upgrade any Adobe product, the process
A) Offers to install commercial crapware with "yes" as the default
B) Offers a choice of automatic update, notify to update, or don't check, with automatic update as the default.

A goes without saying. Typical annoying snot. B drives me crazy in its arrogance. I've already set it not to. Read the damn setting and default to that. They are deliberately trying to get the user to miss the prompt and accept automatic installation of whatever they want to push at any time.

Bad business practice.

i think thats just a bit too one sided.

in general... ALL software with any sort of crapware linked to it defaults to yes and MOST software defaults to yes for automatic updates.

just be glad it doesnt come paired with conduit.searchprotect (ugh... thats a real pain to uninstall if you miss it)
