Hello, would this power supply work with a 780Ti?

it says it has 53A, (minimum 42A) but i have my 4770k O.C. to 4.4 GHz, is this a problem?

You'll be fine. The 42A recommendation includes all your other components. The GPU itself will only take up 15-20A. I'm not certain how much more an overclocked CPU will take up compared to a normal one but surely it cant be near to how much a high end GPU uses.
