And in your opinion what would you pick from these 2 the intel or the amd? Im not really biased for either side im just looking for what will perform the best and last longer

The Athlon platform, despite only having 4GB RAM will still last longer. You can overclock the CPU very easily to 4.5GHz or so even on stock cooling, you can add more RAM later as your budget increases, and four integer cores is just about a requirement for today's games. If you want to learn more about this CPU, there is an entire fan base dedicated to it here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1404334/amd-athlon-x2-340-370-and-athlon-x4-740-750k-760k-be-owners-club It's a great tweaker chip.

Sorry for the late response here but i think i will go with the amd setup as it seems a better deal for price and life line also idk if you will know this but will a 430 wat power supply work with all of this and my gtx 650 ti or will i need to upgrade that also?

Yes, IF it is a quality unit. Not all 430W PSU are quality. Specifically what model are you thinking of using?
