I have the following build for 6 months now:

- i3 3220 3.3 ghz
- Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHZ
- AMD HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
- Corsair CX430 Modular
- ASUS P8B75-M LX Plus
- Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM 65MB Cache.

There's a possibility this summer I'll have money to get a Quad core i5 and a GTX 760. Now, I don't want to overclock anything and I got no fans plugged (temps are still fine). Also, not needing to upgrade my PSU would be great, because I need the money somewhere else, although I can do an effort and get a new PSU still.

Do you think my Power supply is able to handle the i5 not OC'ed and an ASUS GTX 760?

your system max power is 350W , so....
give a try with your 450W psu ....but you will be on the border
but if it was me to decide i will buy a 600W psu minimum
