BIOS screen hangs on restart, But works when shutdown / startup

My ACER All In One Z5801 hang when restart after instaling windows 8 X64.
I've installed it many times, but the problem remains.
does anyone can help me or who have an experience like this??

how long does it hang??? It is normal for windows 8 to restart longer than a cold start up even on an SSD. I can boot into windows and login to desktop from a cold start in about 20 seconds. The reboot time is a bit longer I would imagine because Windows 8 does not completely shutdown and close everything on a regular shutdown but only on a restart/reboot. Also I had issue when I changed the Boot order from CD/DVD ROM to SSD Drive for the first option. After I reinstalled some critical updates, and always leave the updates on manual, Windows configured again and then the boot went from having some wacky issues to being normal.
