Occasional Random Auto alt tab when playing games

Hi all. I occasionally encounter random auto alt tab recently when playing games such as dota 2 or diablo 3 or fifa 14.. pretty annoying..

Any idea why am I encountering this and solution? please assist. thanks!

Processor: Intel Core i5 3.40 ghz
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2 x 8gb)
Graphic Card: MSI Nvidia GTX 660 TF 2GD5/OC

Most likely, one of the programs running in the background are forcing you back to the desktop. A good place to start would be to close everything possible in the system tray to see if it helps. if not, a spyware check with spybot and malwarebytes would eliminate that possibility.
