hi i'm trying to find a really good website to buy computer parts at wholesale prices to build custom computers for my friends and family for money. can anyone help me with my question

Only time I've ever seen wholesale prices is when buying in wholesale quantities. Pretty sure you don't want a couple hundred of each component.

Then your best bet is going to be a retailer. You likely will not get wholesale prices for such small quantities, nor would I believe the authenticity of parts priced that low in such small quantities. You get what you pay for and cutting corners on price is mirrored in a cut in the quality of the part.

you won't find wholesale for such low quantities, they have to make a profit too. You'll have to buy retail. PcPartpicker.com would be a good place to start for what deals are going on with what items. If this is going to be a job more than a hobby, start looking at mail in rebates as your best friend, charge full price parts and labor, get free cash in the mail.
