so I have a Mid tower PC and I want to get a graphics card for it that will run Minecraft( and record with frapps)

My Mid tower:
Model:
HP dc7900
CPU:3.0Ghz core 2 duo
RAM: 4Gb DDR2 (PC2) (4x1gb sticks)

you can suggest a better graphics card from PB tech:

for your PC, getting a powerful CPU will be bottlenecked by the GPU.

Best card i can suggest would be a ATI Radeon R7 260X.

shouldn't be a bottleneck, no, as I purposely chose that one as it is perfect for your build.

Compatibility, what is your current PSU? Not just wattage but amps and voltage output.

does this information answer your question?

If not I will have to open it up and look at the PSU, I will though, dont want to mess this up.

that PSU is too low to run the R7 260X, I would strongly suggest getting this PSU with it, it's affordable and much better in terms of quality and stability.

Corsair CX 450, if you can find one, get it.

Do you know how much wattage is needed for the R7?
or how much wattage is a good PSU?

450W, 12V and 18A, is all you'll need.

things are already wrong? You have a old PC with extremely slow performance, how much worse could it get?

That is good enough, but it is a cheap PSU. It'll be fine for that GPU and your setup.
