Not bad, though you shouldn't have any accessories or OS inside your build budget. It makes your build worse than it should.

Looks good and it is all compatible. Only suggestions might be a different psu since that one people are a bit wary of and then if you have another $100 lying around an SSD would be a good addition

Which one would you recommend for about the same price? I can go up to 140$

The PSU you have is actually a great one. The power supplies that people do not recommend are the corsair CX series, the TX/AX/HX Series are all great.

Also avoid the RM/VS/CS series. About 1/2 of corsairs line up is good, the other half is not.
