First time building a gaming pc, thoughts?

CPU: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu Black Series 8GB
Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 600W
Case: Thermaltake Versa H22

it comes to $748 not including tax and shipping.

The tr2 power supply is pretty awful . Use only 80 + bronze or better rated psu's
The XFX 550 watt unit is decent quality and a good price

Your RAM should be rated for 1.5 volts or LESS . Chances are the hyperX blu is 1.65 volt

so im still researching and it seemed that the asus radeon r9 270 directcu II is a upgraded version of radeon r9 270 and i've read that its geared more for overclocking. i'm wondering if i should instead get a something else for a similar price

in stead go with the Nvidia GTX 760 its better for about the same price

what about MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming Edition TwinFrozrIV? its currently on sale in ncix. its cheaper than radeon r9 270 directcu II. at 240$.
