Hey guys, this will be my first time building a PC so bear with me. I'm currently on a Toshiba laptop and have always gamed on laptops, but it's getting to the point that my integrated graphics card simply doesn't hold up anymore. Without further ado, this is what I'm looking at:

I feel pretty solid on most of my choices, but I'm a little iffy about the GPU. I originally wanted to go with a Radeon R9 270x, but was reading online a bit and people said that it was well worth it to upgrade to a 760. I've got a little bit of wiggle room with my budget, but I don't want to go too far over 1K. Just looking to get some feedback on the parts I've picked, and if anyone has any suggestions for changes, that would be great! Thank you for your time.
Edit: I was also wondering if it is possible to transfer my version of Windows 7 from my laptop to the new hard drive, or will I have to buy an entirely new copy?
