how to install sound driver in my PC?

I download the sound Driver & install in my PC but PC shows red cross mark on speaker icon in Taskbar....

You probably installed the wrong sound driver for your motherboard/PC model, usually because you've downloaded it from the wrong source.

If it's a factory-built PC, download the driver from that PC manufacturer's website, make sure you know the full model name & number of the PC.

If not a factory-built one, download driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website. make sure you know full model name and/or model number of your motherboard.
