Is the pixel on my monitor dead or stuck?

I just got a brand new BenQ RL2455HM (This morning) and i noticed a really small pixel on the left side of the monitor that seems out of place.

The pixel is white when behind a black background, reddish/purple behind white, not visible behind red, black behind green and not visible behind a blue background.

Is it fixable?

Sounds like it's stuck. A dead pixel will be black no matter what. Lightly rub it with a pencil eraser. Be very careful, just kinda "massage" it.

I tried that and it didn't do anything :/

Unfortunately with monitors you can't really do anything. I would RMA or return it if you can.
