This is the best you could do for around 700. If you want to get OS included, then I don't see how you can get under 800 and not waste money for run-of-the-mill hardware. Also the I5 beats the 8320 in gaming.

In that budget a ssd is not a option. For how much you would have to spend on it you would be taking away so much from the other parts it would not be worth it. Also for the price of the 8320 like the guy above me said you might as well go Intel.

Intel the way to go, you got the best gpu money can buy at that rate. If you can pump more money into your gpu and ssd at that point.. As long as you stay away from rts, ram shouldn't be an issue
