How is xbox 360 performing so well in next gen games ?

Titanfall and Trials Fusion have been released.As we see in these games that the xbox 360 performs so well in these games.On Trials Fusion, frame rate is locked at 60 fps,1280x720p,also fps never drops below 59! And on Titanfall, frame rate is locked at 60 fps and has the option to lock at 30 fps. Resolution is 1280x720p, average fps is 46.5! I mean how is this possible ? Even if it is heavily optimized ?

Usually, the console will actually be running the game at around 600p and will just upscale it. It will look okay from across the room (not a coincidence that's where you sit when playing on a console) but from up close (i.e. pc gaming distance) would be unacceptably bad- not to mention they're likely playing on the equivalent of 'low'settings. Add the heavy optimisation to squeeze every bit of performance from the hardware, that's why the XBox can run some modern games.
