I am looking for a good/strong gaming pc, for600$

Hi, i want to build/buy a gaming pc i only have a old 250GB satan Hard drive(So a hard drive isnt nessesary ). I want to have a good/strong gaming pc that can handle, Crysis 3 and Far cry 3 on Medium-high (and if it can ultra =p) With atleast 20FPS. My budget is 600$(or cheaper ).
I Will use the Pc for Gaming Game's like Crysis 3, Far Cry3 and hitman absolution. I will also use it for PhotoShope(Well not me but me sister for her work). For Sandbox, FL studio10. And for Djing With the software Dj serato intro. The pc will be Turned ON ~1hour-5hours. i will place it on a not hot or cold place.(i think the cooling will play also a role).
Country: Holland
Parts that i already have: hard drive, mouse, keyboard and boxes, Monitor.
Overclocking: No
SLi or corssfire: Maby
Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050
A silent pc if it can or otherwise No
