Will a GTX 780 Ti be able to run 3 1080p screens smoothly?

I don't care about having to turn down the settings, I just want a 3-screen setup.

My full spec list:

CPU: Intel i7-4770k
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 Ti Superclocked ACX
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-PRO
Memory: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) 1600MHz RAM
PSU: Corsair GS600

Can I run 3 screens smoothly off of this single card?

For normal tasks, no problems. Gaming is a different matter, though it should run all nVidia surround supported games, not sure what sort of graphics details though.

Yes it will, many modern games you wont want to be running anti aliasing though.
