Starcraft II Build, Ultra, Max settings including everything !

I need help building a starcraft II gaming rig that can also play blacklight retribution and battlefield 4 on decent settings high-upper mids, and I also need every peripheral essential. All of this for under 1200. Can anybody help me out?
