Chrome won't sync

I have a google account that I use on my iPhone, Mac Mini and PC. Recently I put Windows 8.1. on my PC and when I installed google chrome and logged in, it won't sync.

Until now I haven't got any problems with it, I just logged in with my account and it synced everything ( bookmars, passwords, ... ).

DId anyone had this problem? If you did, how can I fix it?

I have not had this problem personally. Try deleting it and redownloading. If not that, send an email.

I downloaded it and reinstalled it bus still no luck. On the bookmars tab it always shows "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks bar" with "Import bookmarks now..." button.

What email and send it to whom?
