Dual graphics cards

I am building a new system and have two options for the GPU. My two options were dual GTX 780 6gb acx cooler or a single titan black superclocked signature. Not sure how much performance increase get when I use dual cards

Dual 6gb 780s will perform better. SLi scaling is very good these days.

I know one of the forums says that you have to enable SLI. How do I do that?

Its just a tick box in the nvidia control panel.

You have to have an SLi enabled motherboard, and also a SLi connector linking the cards together also.
