PCI Express 2.0 Video Card

I'm trying to find an upgrade to my 9800 GTX+ that's DirectX 11 compatible. It's been 4 years since I even looked at video cards. Any suggestions? It seems Newegg and TigerDirect only have these low profile cards. I'm really not sure where to turn.
