For overclocking an i5-4670k , which is the best cooling choice ?

ARCTIC Freezer I30 , Cooler Master Hyper T4 or Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo ?

The hyper 212 is a bit better, but also a bit noisier.
The T4 is a tier lower then the hyper 212
But i would say the i30 and the hyper 212 go toe to toe, with the hyper 212 being better price quality wise.

But there are not so many reviews of the i30 and the hyper 212 evo has a lot of loving reviews. My personal choice would be the hyper 212 evo.

One last question , would this cooler Noctua NH-C12P-SE14 be a lot better ? or the hyper 212 evo would be enough ?

yes, but only if you want an extreme overclock, otherwise the hyper 212 evo is sufficient
