Why Did My Thread Get Removed?

The following is an exact copy and paste of my previous thread. I got an email saying it was removed because I didn't comply with the Rules of Conduct. (Notice there's no vulgarity or plagiarism, as the Rules of Conduct state are illegal). Anyways, here's the copy:


After blue screening and my PC auto-restarting, this popped up on my desktop.

Please only post a question one time in one section of the forum. Often, users will experience issues posting threads and will inadvertently create duplicate posts. Moderators will remove those mistaken instances.
