If there was something you could change to this build what would it be and why ?
I'm looking to build this rig, but im not sure it this would be able to do it and quietly.
I'm looking to produce and make music with FL Studio 11, play games, edit/render videos, and live stream my Xbox one and 360 console. Do you guys think this computer will be able to do all these task will a very well performance ? while being super quite ? please let me know if there anything i could do to build to make it better/quieter.

I changed it, it will be much quieter now. You had a loud water cooler and a reference GPU cooler which is also very loud. I switched it to a great quality air cooler and an ACX version of a GTX 780 Ti (which is better than the GTX 780 you had), I downgraded the SSD to a 500GB one, and added a 1TB HDD. I also downgraded the PSU to a 650W unit because you didn't need 860W. This machine will be amazing for all games and rendering videos, and it will be pretty quiet.

Dude thanks so much!! I just have a quick thing to say, I already own a 2tb hard drive. So lets say you take the 1tb hard drive off and put that money else where, where would you put it ?

There's not much more I would do to this build. You could take it off and just save $90! Or you could spend the money on a new mouse or something like that. Do you already have an OS? Do you need a Wifi card?

Yeah, I already have an OS and I don't need a WiFi card. I would like to invest all the money I said I would for the build which was 2.3k, and you gave me a a banging build for less kudos too you man ! But In all honestly I'm looking to spend that extra $300 on something, any suggestions ?

For $2300 You can completely upgrade to socket LGA2011. Which has been around forever supporting the many of the Intel Xeon series CPUs. You can get a 6-core CPU which will help a lot with multitasking and video editing, since you get 6-cores and 12 threads.

Pretty cool. But there's one thing that worries me, & that's is that the 2011 socket will be discontinued when Haswell-E is released at the end of the year. And if i where wanting to upgrade i would have to spend money on a new motherboard & cpu.

I wish I had known this.. For dual monitors go with two cards in SLI at that budget.
