Infinite News "Feature"

So I was wondering (hoping/praying/your choice) there might be a way to turn this lovely "feature" off? While I like it in theory, if I open up say 5 tabs, each containing a news article I wanted to read, I find my browsers turn into the tortoise after he's had a heart attack, as opposed to the hare.

Currently there is no option to turn it off - but you are right about the browsing issue when you open several up in different tabs. I tend to do the same. I'll pass along the suggestion to allow registered users to disable the infinite news feature, possibly a toggle of sorts.
