Hi. I'm going to get myself 6300 and I need some decent mb for at least mild oc (4,2 - 4,4 would be cool). Atm I'm deciding between
GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P(56€)
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0(55€)
and maybe ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0(62€)

gpu: 650TI boost oc
psu: Seasonic s12ii-520

Which one would you suggest and why?

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P
Spend a little more for the •8+2 phase CPU VRM power design

GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P has •4+1 phase CPU VRM power design.
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 has no heatsinks on the CPU VRM circuitry. I would rate this model lowest of the three.

Wouldn't adding some aftermarket heatsinks on VRM (m5a97 le) do the trick? I was thinkin about that UD3P before but its like 35usd more where I live. I don't plan on upgrading CPU anytime soon (next 1,5-2 years) and when I do i will probably get some fx 8*** which will require new mobo anyway. (I dont think anything lower than 990fx is sufficient for fx 8*** without being bottlenecked).
