Hey guys, sorry about multiple posts about this, but I have recently been able to put my budget up to $1000. Now that $1000 is with monitor and all, so the build itself probably has to be around 900 without monitor and OS.

I have a build that I threw together after a bunch of research, and I wanted you guys to take a look at it so that if I do order it, I don't order a dysfunctional build. So are there any upgrades that could be done that would keep this builds price around the 940 it is, or anything that i forgot to add in. Do I need a fan for this build, or will the built in fans be good enough? Also is there a way to get this so that it is below 800 and has the same amount of power that this build has, or possibly more?

For the PSU many people had problems with the corsair CX series, so i would suggest you this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12i...
A little more expensive, but a bad PSU costs more as it can break down or even damage your system. Seasonic and XFX are good PSU brands
The other corsair series are a bit better but i am not fond of them.
Also for the Mobo you might want to consider a cheaper one if you don't plan on upgrading the CPU later. You will only benefit from a Z87 board if you plan to overclock.
If you won't overclock the stock fan if good enough.
And for the memory i would suggest G.skill:
