Want to access internet on my smart phone from my laptop

I am using internet connection of TATA Photone+ data card, i am fed up trying from last 3 days, i tried connectify it showing pro version required, i tried virtual router as well its showing group is not in position to share somthing like that please help me out.

The easiest solution will be to get a router that supports your USB dongle. This is how connectify makes their money by making you pay for the one everyone wants and is hard to do. You can likely get a lower end router for the same price..you need to carefully look though the supported dongles.

The only way you are going to get this for free is to use ICS and adhoc networks. Some phones do not like adhoc networks any you may need to load a ap to get it to work.
