Does This Monitor Have Bleeding?

Hi guys, So I just got a new Samsung monitor which I mention in another thread, but I noticed the Blacks don't seem all that good, like its bleeding all across the screen.

I don't know much about this stuff, so can you please take a look at the pictures below and tell me what you guys think.
