Setting up dual moniters?

I'll be getting a second monitor soon and i was wanting to ask a couple questions first.

1. Can i plug one monitor into the graphics card and the second into the motherboard? i have an integrated graphics chip (intel 4600) just sitting there doing nothing and i'd rather use it for the second monitor rather than the Gpu itself. Is this possible?

2. can i use the second monitor while playing games? as in i will only use one moniter for games and the other for internet, but i've heard several people say that isn't possible and you still have to minimize the game to access the second monitor.(which completely ruins the purpose of why i want another one)

1. No you cant run second monitor on integrated gpu.
2. yes you can but you might need a third party software like displayfusion to avoid your game being minimized however some games are not supported this function

I would recommend using your graphic card for the second monitor. The integrated graphics isn't going be able match your graphics card performance (unless you have a very low level GPU).
