It depends on what version of the motherboard you have.
V2.0 (http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=857&MenuID=20) supports up to 4GB.
V3.0 (http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=988&CategoryID=1&MenuID=20&LanID=0) supports up to 16GB.

As far as I can tell there is nothing from the specs you provided to prevent you from installing the 64 bit version of Windows 7. Note that going from 32 bit to 64 bit is not an in-place upgrade and requires a clean install of Windows. You might want to check for 64 bit drivers for the motherboard.
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=1087&CategoryID=1&MenuID=20&LanID=0 - 64 bit drivers for Vista. They may work but your best bet is to check the ECS website or the manufacturer's site.

no the 2 x 4gig ones didnt work so i put my old ones back in and only 2gb is showing up, but 1 wont run without the other one being in. (so if i only put 1 x 2gb in it doesnt start up, until i put the 2nd 2 gb in)
