Acer Aspire X1420G-U5832. I know, its shitty. Need help upgrading. I know I need a low-profile graphics card and a new psu but I don't know where to look and what is going to fit. Help me!!!

^erm, that's not a gaming card, I wouldn't even bother. At least a GTX 750 to make it worthwile.

No, that's a horrible card for gaming. The small 220W PSU is going to be the weak link in the card selection. With that tiny PSU, you are going to be limited to a low end gfx card. The Galaxy GTX 750 Ti that I recommended, I would not get. Your PSU is too weak.

But don't get the one that is double-wide.
