Price difference is only $5 and I plan to overclock my CPU which will probably result in overclocking my ram too.

I would go with the Corsair DIMMS. When all specs are equal, I prefer Corsair and the fact that it is cheaper is a bonus.

Of the ones you're looking at, I'd go the GSkill, stronger sticks and more OC potential.
