Go for the PC. Not much out for either platform at the moment. I'm staying with my PS2 & PS3.

i mean games like quantum break halo and sooo many more wont come on pc :(

True and you won't see Halo on the PS either as it is an Xbox exclusive. Most of what I play comes out for all platforms anyway. I have played Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas on both the PS3 and This PC and it looks much better on this PC ( the PS3 is hooked up by HDMI to a 42" HDTV @ 120Hz.

I would go with the PS4 and a budget PC. I mean if you have $2000 to spend, I'd spend $600 or so on the console + games, and you'd have around $1400 to spend on a gaming PC, which isn't a budget PC to me at all.

To be honest, your "budget" computer isn't all that shabby. I would say the real choice now is PS4 or Xbox One. :)

now....ps4 or xbox one??

Looks good. Save yourself some money and go with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I am running a 4770k with a Gelid Tranquillo ( not quite up to the Cooler Master, but good ) and am OC'd to 4.6 Ghz with no problems. The case offers excellent air flow. I have a 200mm fan in fron for intake and two 120mms up top for exhaust as well as the rear 120mm. Stays nice and cool in there. Wire / Cable management is good too.
